General and Investor Registration

• NAHC registration is open to institutional healthcare investors, clients and invited guests of DNB Carnegie | Back Bay and our partners

• There are no fees to present or to participate

• Registration includes access to panels, roundtables, keynote sessions, company presentations, networking receptions, breakfast, lunch, and our NAHC receptions

• Due to limited space, registration is not available for service providers, consultants, financial services companies, IR groups, or any fee-for-service companies

• For security purposes, only those with confirmed registrations will be admitted to the venue

• The venue will provide a QR code each morning to confirmed guests for quicker access through the lobby

Investor Meetings

• Healthcare institutional investors with confirmed registrations can arrange to meet with our presenting companies onsite by utilizing our Meetmax system or by contacting the NAHC IR and meetings team, here

Presenting Company Registration

• We take pride in the transformative impact of NAHC-presented companies and uphold stringent criteria for participation

Accessing the Venue

Only guests with confirmed registrations will be admitted into the building.

• A&O Shearman is located at 599 Lexington Avenue. The entrance is on the corner of 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue

• For quicker access, registered guests will receive a QR code one hour before the NAHC begins, on March 25:

  1. If your email address was not provided or you cannot locate your QR code, A&O Shearman security will require that you please present a government-issued photo ID or passport when checking in at the lobby security desk for access the elevator to obtain a paper pass

  2. Look for the turnstile designated for ‘Visitors’ at the center aisle of the lobby

  3. Scan the QR code at the sensor using your smartphone or hard copy issued by security personnel

  4. Upon entry, please proceed towards the elevator wall at the far end of the corridor

  5. From the keypad, select floor 2

• Proceed to the NAHC registration desk to pick up your badge. Our team will be waiting to greet you
