Two full days of partnering, networking and collaboration in an intimate setting. The NAHC takes place in the beautiful A&O Shearman Conference Center in Midtown Manhattan.

On March 26, breakfast, meetings and check-in begins at 8:00 AM with opening remarks at 10:00 AM.

We are pleased to welcome our special keynote speaker, Admiral Rachel L. Levine, MD at 1:30 PM bookended by the medtech and biopharma advances tracks.

March 27 begins one hour earlier, with breakfast meetings at 8:00 AM, opening remarks at 9:00 AM and presentations throughout the rare disease and oncology tracks.

Days one and two close with a wine reception onsite.

1) Navigate to your Meetmax login on our home page
2) Enter your username and confirmation number. This is the same for all of your company representatives/contacts requiring schedule access
3) Set up your profile for Investors:
- Confirm company contacts and representatives
- If needed, update company description, job titles
- Confirm availability across both days
- Add mobile contact information (we will only use this if needed to contact you onsite)

March 10 - Draft schedules released to the presenting companies. Feedback due by March 12
March 14 - Draft schedules released to the attending investors. Feedback due by March 18
March 19 - Final meeting schedules released to presenting companies and investors

TIME - Presentation times can be found on the NAHC Program Page.

DURATION - Presentations are set for 15 minutes each (approx. 10 minutes of speaking with or without slides, three minutes for Q&A, two minutes for transition).

DEADLINE - Slides are due by March 14. Please send files to NAHC@bblsa.com

FORMAT - Slides should be in Powerpoint format, standard width (16:9).

SAVE - Save your presentation as “COMPANY NAME, PRESENTER, Version 1”.

VIDEOS/LARGE FILES -Please separate files for videos greater than 45 seconds in length or high resolution images saved as “COMPANY NAME, PRESENTER, VIDEO”. Videos will be played on your cue.

AV – you will be provided with a timer and remote control at the podium.

Please arrive at the AV desk at the back of the Shearman room 15 minutes prior to your presentation for mic and a/v check with Kristin Skarbø.

DNB//Back Bay will host receptions onsite at the close of each day to relax, network and enjoy time together. All are welcome. No need to RSVP to onsite receptions.

The Consul General of Sweden in New York, together with DNB//Back Bay, warmly invite presenting companies and investors to a welcome reception celebrating the US and Nordic companies gathered at the 2025 Nordic-American Healthcare Conference.

Appetizers and cocktails will be served.
