Presenting at the Nordic-American Healthcare Conference

Registration 

• Presenter Registration: Presenters have been registered. Team and guests can register on the NAHC website. Space is limited, and we reach capacity early; please register early. There are no fees to register or present.

Investor Engagement  

• IR Support: US healthcare investor engagement on behalf of NAHC companies has begun. Our IR team typically shares publicly available information about your company with these investors. Please connect with us if you would like to provide additional information to investors.

  • If you will utilize your own IR group to bolster your investor meetings, please let us know so we can register and include them in your NAHC correspondence.

• Investor Meetings: The NAHC team will schedule meetings upon request from our registered investors. The timeline on this page shows key dates for presenting companies, including release of meeting schedules.

• You can approve or change meetings via our partnering portal or individually with our NAHC meetings team.

Marketing Toolkit 

• We will share a marketing toolkit for your use, including a press release, social media and event photos.

Company Presentations

• Time slot - Your presentation can be viewed on our program page the time is subject to change.

• Location - Presentations to investors take place in the Shearman Room. They are 15 minutes in length (12 minutes plus 3 minutes for Q&A).

• Microphones - Ten minutes ahead of your presentation time, please make your way to the podium at the front of the Shearman Room.

• Audience Questions - Your following your presentation, our track moderator will take questions from the audience.

• Slides -

  • Format: PowerPoint presentation (16:9). No PDFs please

  • Deadline: Slides are kindly requested by March 4, 2026 (submit your presentation)

  • Revisions: Changes can be accepted until March 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes.

    We're sorry, but changes to the slides cannot be made once the program is underway.
