Presenting at the Nordic-American Healthcare Conference

Your presentation spot has been confirmed and we’re pleased to provide the following logistical information as you prepare for your visit.

Registration 

• Presenter Registration: You have now been registered as a presenter and added to our program.

  Your team and guests should register via our website. Only registered guests will be allowed to enter the venue.

• There are no fees to register or present. Space is limited, and we reach capacity early. Please encourage your network to save a spot early.

Investor Engagement  

• IR Support: US healthcare investor engagement on behalf of NAHC companies has begun. Our IR team typically shares publicly available information about your company with these investors. If you would like to include a short description of your presentation or other IR materials, please send them along.

• If you will utilize your own IR group to bolster your investor meetings, please let us know so we can register and include them in your NAHC correspondence.

• Investor Meetings: The NAHC team to schedule meetings upon request from our registered investors. Please see our timeline on this page.

• You can approve or change meetings via our partnering portal or individually with our NAHC team.

Marketing Toolkit 

• We will share a marketing toolkit later this fall, including a press release, social media and event photos.

Company Presentations

• Your presentation spot is now booked and can be seen on our program page.

• Presentations take place in the Shearman Room, are 15 minutes in length (12 minutes plus 3 minutes for Q&A), and are typically delivered using a standard PowerPoint presentation (16:9), presented from a podium. We cannot accept PDFs.

• Presentation decks are due by March 16, 2026. Please send your presentation to our team.

• Presentation submissions and changes will be accepted until March 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. After this time, the program will be finalized, and we will no longer be able to make changes to the master deck or your slides.

Receptions and Networking  

• In addition to our onsite receptions at the close of each day, we host exclusive events for presenting companies. Please RSVP early as space fills up quickly.

Special events exclusively for presenting companies and investors:

• Breakfast Roundtable with NAHC keynote speaker, former US FDA Commissioner, Scott Gottlieb - March 25, 8 AM
  Presenting companies and investors are invited to join us for a small-format closed session with Dr. Scott Gottlieb. Dr. Gottlieb is a physician, health policy expert, and former commissioner of the US Food and Drug Administration.

  This roundtable will be held onsite at the venue with limited seating. Following badge pick-up, the team will direct you to the session. This is open to our presenting companies, and registration is required.

• Welcome Reception for Companies and Investors - March 25, 6:30 PM
  DNB Carnegie//Back Bay and the Swedish Consul General in New York warmly invite NAHC presenting companies and our investors to join us in celebrating at the Swedish Residence in New York City. With live music from our Juilliard School Jazz Trio, passed appetizers, and an open bar, we’re pleased to extend this warm and special invitation to celebrate with us.   Presenting companies and registered investors are invited to join DNB Carnegie healthcare analysts and Back Bay Life Science Advisors for a therapeutic and deal update, followed by a moderated discussion on the metabolic space. This closed-format discussion will cover notable updates and open the floor to questions. Limited seating, please RSVP early.
